Restaurants get ZERO. I know the nursing home I was in, NOT Hollywood Hills, had 3 meetings with staff BEFORE the inspectors showed up. PLUS the state of Florida, while Rick Scott was in charge, spent $20,000.00 on software that "REDACTED" "that means void out" problems in the name of HIPPA protection of patients. The only ones being protected are the investors in these institutions from being held accountable for the negligence of the FEW employees that cause long term "problems" for those who DO make it out. This problem is STATE wide.
