I''m very proud of the team I work with at Regency Florence. It''s been less than a year since I started but the staff are so talented and caring, it''s a joy to go to work with them and to interact with the residents every day.
Ive been sitting at the bus stop across the street for 2 hours. An old man was out here in his wheel chair in the sun the entire time I''ve been here. He waved a dollar at me so I went to see what he needed, and he just wanted to be pushed inside. In the 2 hours I''ve been out here no one has bother...
Ive been sitting at the bus stop across the street for 2 hours. An old man was out here in his wheel chair in the sun the entire time I''ve been here. He waved a dollar at me so I went to see what he needed, and he just wanted to be pushed inside. In the 2 hours I''ve been out here no one has bothered to come check on him and he''s sun burnt all over!!! When I brought him to the front door the staff didn''t realize I was there and VISIBLY IGNORED the door bell until I banged on the glass to let him in. Absolutely horrified by what must be going on behind closed doors. I will be contacting the police and local attorneys in attempt to get this place investigated.

Not very impressed with this place. Found nurses and management to be rude and not helpful. Found the skill level of social worker to be poor. She would promise to communicate and we never heard a word back from her. We were not allowed in, due to COVID. It was very odd that the rooms did not H...
Not very impressed with this place. Found nurses and management to be rude and not helpful. Found the skill level of social worker to be poor. She would promise to communicate and we never heard a word back from her. We were not allowed in, due to COVID. It was very odd that the rooms did not Have phones in them. Nursing staff was often answering the phone, probably why they were often abrupt and rude.

In the end I am thankful my elderly mother was not admitted as clearly their intentions are not good or honest.
