Ok, so 3:30AM I press my call button. Again at 4, 4:30,5, 5:45. No one has come to my room yet. At 6:00 AM I called this place I''m in, from my cellphone and asked whoever answered the phone here, if I could get some help. Finally, at 6:30 I got the help I needed. That''s ridiculous!
This place is a joke they moved my mom from a private room into another room with a room mate didn''t notify us. Then when my daughter went to check on her tonight she was laying there completely naked no cover or anything with the door wide open and she has a roommate if someone would of walked in ...

They are good for the first few day''s after that they don''t care.
