Very good care from LVNs and cnas were for the most part excellent. The PT people were great and very helpful. Thank them all for a job well done.

She was only there for 2 and half days and then back on March 29th of 2024 at 11pm she passed away she was doing a little fine before that at Ontario Medical Center Kaiser in Ontario but when she got to that nursing home it seemed like things didn''t go good for her and i want to found out why 😭😔? She didn''t have to die someone from these better give me an answer i am definitely pissed off and i will get a lawyer if i don''t get an answer why my mom Susan Ross died at this place?

The staff at Richie canyon been very good an attendant to my needs to my CNA, LVN, and activities should be put on a pedestal. Melanie and shaquita deserve acalades for their work handling my needs.
A good facility with a large number of friendly and professional help in all aspects of medical assistance. Also a good physical therapy program to get you back to walking, and getting your life back to normal!
