Pacifica Senior Living Vista: Retirement in a Charming Seaside Town
Pacifica Senior Living Vista offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care with all the older adults’ services and amenities to live a fulfilling retirement. The exterior exudes Spanish Mission-style charm, and the interiors feature modern, comfortable designs and elegant touches. Residents get spruced up at the full-service beauty salon, enjoy engaging conversation on the sunny outdoor patio, and stroll along the garden walking paths. A life-enriching social calendar keeps everyone busy here, too — there are crocheting classes, fun fitness activities, lively games, and hot chocolate socials.
Outings take seniors to some of Vista, CA’s beautiful natural and cultural attractions and the surrounding area. Residents head out for adventure at Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, the Moonlight Amphitheatre, the Museum of Making Music, and Oceanside Harbor. Kaiser Permanente San Marcos, Tri-City Medical Center, and the Oceanside VA Clinic are all within 15 minutes.
Residents are encouraged to shape their retirement experience through Resident Council, Town Hall, and Food Committee meetings. These allow seniors to choose activities, make care adjustments and vote on the month’s chef-prepared meals.

My dad will be moving into Pacifica Senior Living Vista. We toured it and it was nice. It wasn't right off the freeway, so I'm assuming the air quality, the noise, and all that would just be better for my dad. The facility was very clean. The staff was very nice up to this point that's why we chose it. We had a meal there and it was good. The menu seemed to be quite extensive, more than my dad could ever want. They had a library and a dining room. Each room had a balcony, which was nice. The room we're moving into was newly remodeled. They were all very helpful and nice. They have a relationship with a very good hospice organization, and the head hospice person there was extremely nice.
Read moreI would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Vista! The staff is wonderful with my dad. Any time I have questions or concerns, a staff member is there by phone or text. They have helped us immensely with the transition into memory care.

My mother moved into Pacifica Senior Living Vista a few days ago. They've been very accommodating. The staff is really good. If I text them, I get an answer right away. And if there's a problem, they take care of it. Anything we ask for, they take care of it right away. They've been amazing. They have a restaurant which you can go to throughout the day. They have lots of activities to do. Mom has a studio room. Her bed is in the main part of it and it has its own good-sized bathroom. It has a balcony, so she can have patio furniture. They have a beauty salon. They have a podiatrist that comes every three months. They have a library. They have a Bridge in the independent living building, but she can go there. Someone would have to walk her there. We're very happy with this facility, so far.
Read morePacifica Senior Living Vista was my second choice if [facility name removed] didn't work. I was just a bit concerned with the distance from the room to the dining area for my mom as she uses a walker. The staff was very nice, the food smelled delicious.
