My friend is in this "nursing home". During thpast week her defibrillator went off and no on responded. She survived a heart attack. I called her that day and she told me how she thought it had had a heart attack because she had gel on her defibrillator. I asked about her nurses if anyone had reported it. Or given any care. No that had not been done. Later in the week the care providers told they had heard the alarm but didn''t think it important. 🤯 Make sure of your loved one is here you get involved in their care to assist them.

This is not a good place!! As an RN myself I am very agitated at how this place runs. Neither nurses or CNA’s answer lights. They sit at the desk on their phones. (This should NEVER be aloud). I never see nurses answer lights. It’s like they think it’s the CNA’s job or something.My mom put on her call light to get cleaned up and no one came and by the time they did she was found on the floor. Then they call me the next day about it. My mother has no skull bone on the left side of her head from a fall in Nov 2021 when she had her 1st brain bleed. They are so short staffed they have agency staff there and it seems like most of them don’t care. Mom now has a small bedsore now. She never had one until we came here. I take care of my mom as often as I can. I am there almost everyday. I change her bed and depends. Make sure she brushes her teeth. I do a lot when I’m there and expect my mom to be taken care of when I’m not there. Why can’t they keep staff? Whatever the problem is they need to fix it. These poor residents are at their end of life. They should be treated with dignity and respect. This is their home now after all.

The caregivers in the rehab section are extremely slow to answer call lights. If I wasn''t there with my mother-in-law I doubt if anybody would''ve come in. There was another patient yelling out Help on the same floor and nobody went in there to check on her. She forgot that she was not able to stand on her own and fell when she tried to do so. Fortunately her daughter came in and she had to go to the front desk where the concierge is to get some help. My mother-in-law is in there to increase her strength and walking but only gets 30 minutes a day five times a week. The other facilities that she has gone to in the past have had two hour sessions twice a day! I''m very disappointed with this facility and will not recommend it to anybody.
