If you can help it, do not send your family here. Everything is outdated. The staff is not equipped to handle immobile patients. My gran is only meant to be here temporarily for rehab and that is too long. They tried to force feed her food, told her she was calling to much and they had other things...

My gran is only meant to be here temporarily for rehab and that is too long. They tried to force feed her food, told her she was calling to much and they had other things to do, and my aunt and I had to clean her up after she peed in the bed because no one would come help. Not all the staff are bad, but they are ill equipped. The pruitts take the money and use it on themselves, not caregiving! If you love your family, Stay away! Photos show the decayed cabinet in her room, the air vent that looks as though it’s never been cleaned and the bathroom that is not set up for the handicapped or elderly. The toilet is too low to the ground and there are no bars to grab onto to stand back up within reach of the toilet.

My mom has been well taken care of at Pruitt''s. She likes the food and the caregivers; she says they are the best. I live close to 750 miles away and appreciate the communication from the staff to me. Anytime I have called the staff they are very sweet and accommodating.
