They take very good care of my daddy

Some of the Nurses are not efficient or organized. Could do a better job of taking care of the patients. The Facility is nice, clean and the staff is friendly.

I try to never leave bad reviews but this feels like an emergency. My friend was transferred there yesterday afternoon and is in misery. I''m trying to get her transferred to another facility asap. Calling for help is useless. They put a diaper on her because she needs help getting to the bathroom and they seem to have too many patients and can''t get to her in a timely manner. I tried to visit after hours last night and no one is in the lobby to open the door. I snuck in with a food delivery person and searched for about 20 minutes before I found another human who pointed me to a nursing station. No one was at the nursing station. I finally started walking the halls looking for my friend''s name on a door. After finding her, she told me how miserable she was. She had called for assistance before I got there and no one came so I helped her to the bathroom. The nurse finally showed up after I had gotten her back to bed. The bed is super hard so if I can''t get her transferred I''m going to bring her some pillows. She didn''t touch her supper so I don''t know if the food was good or not. I''ve been calling their customer care number and no one answers. I left a message on it last night but there''s been no response. To top it all off, when I left last night, the doors are also locked from the inside so I couldn''t get out. I finally found a staff member on break in the courtyard and she let me out. This place is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Edit: Now that she''s been there a couple of days, I''d like to add that the staff is extremely nice and helpful when you can find them. This could be a good place for people who are mobile. Will add more as our time here goes on. P.S. It''s been impossible to reach their customer care line.

I even had to call the police because of the abuse Bye one block steph member.. This is what happens when the people who are supposed to be leaders decide not to make waves. End Let the workers run the facility. Even though I told them I had never had any COVID shots. They put me in a room right next to their quarantine area for covid patients. If you''re white stay out of This rehabilitation center
