So far about 200 dollars worth of new clothes got missing wen he was sent out to ER. HE''S still a patient there however. Will give full review one day soon! Smh. Still a one star, new issues. Smh.
My father has suffered multiple falls in this facility and staff can give me know solutions. Right now I would rather it at zero stars if I could!!!!!!!
This place needs to be shut down it’s absolutely disgusting!! My dad just passed away and I truly believe it’s THEIR fault!! I signed for bed rails and told every nurse he needed some because he will try to get out the bed and he’s unable to stand and all! Nobody EVER did anything about it ! M...

I signed for bed rails and told every nurse he needed some because he will try to get out the bed and he’s unable to stand and all! Nobody EVER did anything about it ! My dad fell and hit his head on a dresser which sent him to the ER for 4 staples ! The following night he started having seizures and was in ICU!! If they would had put the rails in the bed my dad would still be alive !!! Take your loved ones out of this facility ASAP

My wife was very sick and was refusing any help from Pruitte. They were able to make her understand that they were trying to help her with her recovery. The administration was a blessing with helping to get her the right insurance to pay for her long term care. It was a never ending circle of homing...
My wife was very sick and was refusing any help from Pruitte. They were able to make her understand that they were trying to help her with her recovery. The administration was a blessing with helping to get her the right insurance to pay for her long term care. It was a never ending circle of homing home, laying in bed. Not walking or using her hands. Just making herself sick and going to the hospital, then back to PT. The staff is great, the care is excellent and the caring for their clients is top notch. God bless them!! Pat
