This facility is clearly understaffed! It takes the staff over thirty minutes to answer the patient’s call. They also take the call bell from the patient’s who they think ring the call bell too much as well as shut their door so they can’t hear them call for them. The food is awful! They send burnt and under cook food to the patients to eat . Also, if a patient goes out for an appointment and lunch is served , they leave the food tray in the patient’s room and when they return they heat it in the microwave and gives it to the patients no matter how long it’s been sitting there while the patient has been gone.

I''m here for rehab to build up my legs so I can walk after surgery, this place has sink to a new low. The p/t staff is good but there are a couple of nurse tech''s that need to find a new job. The food here is the worst and for two days now I get no tray (Monday afternoon and Tuesday night). The CNA are passing out the food and they don''t care if you eat or don''t eat. Now I have to order dinner via door hub or starve. People do not come here.
