I''m so upset right now. Just walked in my mother in law and opened the door to see the nurses hiding in her room on the phone while my mom is covered in her our feces. I''m talking about been on her at least a hour I walked the halls almost 15mins before I seen any staff. There are patients yelling...
I''m so upset right now. Just walked in my mother in law and opened the door to see the nurses hiding in her room on the phone while my mom is covered in her our feces. I''m talking about been on her at least a hour I walked the halls almost 15mins before I seen any staff. There are patients yelling for help and no one is responding like they''re no staff here. Leaving the facility isn''t any better either we were locked in for 20 minutes trying to find the front desk person. Worst place ever. Wouldn''t recommend sending an enemy here to suffer. I wish I could give 0 stars. I''ve haven''t been this upset like

Nice facility however poor staffing. If you place your loved one here make sure that you stay in communication with them. You will have to provide your own communication with your loved one. As to rooms are not equipped with phones it is also hard to get anyone on the phone unless it''s business hours. My loved one would not eat and she stated the food wasn''t appetizing. I had to purchase and send food for her to eat. Administration communication very poor with transportation and dialysis. My loved one was left unattended in her own feces for hours after asking for help I had to call administration before anyone assisted her. I wonder if the staff there treats their loved ones the way they treat the patient''s here.

They have no way for the client to call the nurse but a bell that the nurses & CNA''s ignore. The health department came in and that was the most help I ever saw in that place....haven''t seen that many people since. Physical therapy is the only good thing I can speak on. Save yourself this experience & keep looking for better. 4/14/22

Vist my My auntie last night smell extension strong urine before I got to her room and when I came in the room she was calling on Jesus , so I pulled her covers back and she was soaked in urine her whole back the cloth the pamper her pillow and she had feces on her when she just been laying there all day unattended or changed so I had to give my auntie a bath and clean her up myself and when I asked what was the CNA the lady told me she was in the CNA but she let someone know unacceptable I was so upset and hurt from what I smelt and saw I wanted to pick my auntie up and just walk out of there with her but I know there will be consequences for my actions 😔

Absolutely dreadful. My mom had a stroke and was at this facility for over 3 months. Constantly the ball was dropped by the entire staff. If it wasn''t my moms appointments missed to the doctors due to their negligence it was the medication she takes, not bathing the residents and a laundry list of additional offenses and grievances that no one ever follows up on. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and AVOID this place! My mom was discharged recently and still problems persist from them! A complete nightmare! This facility made a bad experience, even worse. Run! Away! Now!
