I am a professional that has a partnership with Providence Place at Glencroft. I am going to say first hand that Providence Place has done a complete 180 from a year ago. Bendu, the Administrator is truly a leader that is marching her team to success. I have personally witnessed loving care from staff members like Iliana (SW) who will run through a wall for her patients, and Nicole (Director of SW) who leads by serving her team and others. Toni (Director of nursing) who is always on the floor nurturing her team. Audrey (LPN) who''s so passionate about her patients and is on fire to ensure the best care possible for them. I was recently front row and privileged to witness a sweet and tender moment between Alex (CNA) and one of their residents...Alex didn''t know I was watching and it brought tears of joy to my eyes, to see and hear her take care of a patient who needed some extra TLC. It is so much fun to be greeted by Julie at the front desk every time I am there who has taken time to learn my name and greet me with a smile. Recently, Sapphire jumped through a hoop to ensure a smooth admission. The entire team inside the behavioral unit called Joshua Tree, is knocking it out of the park as well. Gary and Tammy are leading their residents into all kinds of fun with activities. I wish I could name every single staff member. Keep up the good work Providence Place, I am proud to work with you. I highly encourage anyone looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility to consider Providence Place. Do not take people you care about here for any respite care that involves nursing care for those with Alzheimer''s, that need around the clock type care! My mom needed help with feeding, drinking, & she has incontinence. I feel really bad 😥😭for letting my mom go to this place which was recommended by her hospice care provider🤐. My mom stayed 5 days and came back with bed sores really bad.😠 I''m calling it "incompetent care", or just awful services! If I could add a negative to that star I would😡🤬.

My mother was taken to this place because she had West Nile virus and could no longer stay at the hospital. We asked for a phone call once she made it there. No phone call. I called twice the morning after she arrived and left 2 messages. No return phone call. The ONlY call I received is from a Nurse Practitioner telling me my mother coded and they are doing everything to get a pulse. She called back and said they called 911. They said they got a pulse but when my sister and I got to the ER they told us our mom passed away and that there was never a pulse. Unfortunately, I cannot prove the NP lied to me but I do believe the doctor that spoke to us and said she never had a pulse. I truly believe nobody checked on our mom until they found her dead in her room. I''ve called 3 times to get someone to find my mom''s glasses and dentures and, yet again, no return phone call. I understand that places are understaffed but this is unacceptable. We just wanted a call the first night because they weren''t allowing visitors.

I wasn''t going to send my brother here because of what the internet said but I am glad I did. Ms Michelle and Mr Mac went to see my brother because they care about the patients at Providence Place not because they had no other people came to see him when he was in the hospital. Ms Michelle was more helpful than any abrazo and scottsdale hospital staff was. Mr Mac in a nurse and told me we will take great care of my brother and Ms Michelle has made sure of it and always is there for me and my family if we need anything. My brother goes outside now and he new did that when he was in those scottsdale facilities. You will always be glad if someone is sick and you send them here.

They also lost my moms laundry so she had to wear a gown home...Don''t go here unless you absolutely have to.
