Save your family member do not send them to Providence Extended Care! I was a patient there first hand knowledge! I’ve listened to other patients crying out for help because the nurses on duty would not answer the call .they have you sign a waiver upon being admitted that Providence is not liable for any personal belongings, because the nurses will take your personal items. One nurse even stole the patient CPAP machine rumor has it she sent it back to her country where she was from. Same nurse bragged that where she is from she is a doctor her name is Ester be aware of her. Higher ups don’t care as long as the bottom line is blue you are a number.

It was nice when I first came to the facility but Thing''s changed & I soon realized a lot of thing''s, service''s were lacking for my stay that I didn''t enjoy.

My mom loves living here. My mom is on Medicaid and feels fortunate to be living in such a nice facility. She also loves the staff. My sis and I live out of state and have only been able to visit our Mom once in the last 18 months. We were impressed with the caring staff and the basic but very well-kept,clean and comfortable facilities. I have guardianship of my mom and as such I get quarterly calls from a staff member reviewing her care and condition in addition to an annual review with all staff involved in her care. I can also count on calls if there are any urgent needs or updates needing my attention. I also feel fortunate to know my mom is being well cared for in this facility.
