He was phenomenal in helping with this difficult transition and went over and above when it came to addressing any of our questions or concerns. He actually KNOWS...
First let me start by saying that Trevor Herzberg, the Director of Community Services is the reason my mom is at the Brookfield location. He was phenomenal in helping with this difficult transition and went over and above when it came to addressing any of our questions or concerns. He actually KNOWS all of the residents by name and they all seem to really like him whenever he is around. That being said, there is more to this place than just the initial onboarding. As a hospital administrator myself, I can attest to how well run this organization is. The amount of activities set up for the residents are fantastic and more importantly, the residents all seem to get involved and enjoy them. This place allows you to do as much or as little as you care to do which was very important to my mom. I am not going to list all of the conveniences and benefits this place has because you can see all of that on their website. But I can say, without a doubt, I have no reservations in working with my mom to make this transition. She has settled in and actually tells me on a regular basis how happy she is, and how glad she to have made the move. Don''t hesitate to consider this a place for your loved ones.
Read moreWhat I like the most about the PreHealth Regency Senior Communities is the meals, the quality of the meals is excellent. The administrative team reaches out to residents individually, and they have several events for new residents which is nice.
As far as communication to enroll her...that was very well done. Overall they provided good communication with my mother. I would say Brookfield is amazing. I'm so happy that my mother was given the opportunity to live there in her later years. Her and I communicate daily and she is very happy.
This is based on our loved ones satisfaction - we would rate the value a 4 only because we have a little valid facility cost comparisons. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the ProHealth Regency Senior Communities to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones .
