Her water and table was so far away and she was so weak that she couldn''t get the cup. Her lips were so...
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT put your loved ones in this illgenment care facility they don''t care about thier patients. They don''t care if the patients drink water if thier bed ridden like my mother. Her water and table was so far away and she was so weak that she couldn''t get the cup. Her lips were so dry they looked like they were coming off. She drank 3 full cups of water and still wanted more. We requested that they take time in and make sure she is able to get her water and have some. The next day same thing happened. The doctor went and visited her and found out that she has bed sores due to not flipping her and checking her to see if she has any. She even had one on her ear showing that they did not roll her frequently. This place is so sad and I feel for the patients that don''t have family and when it comes to the care they get it''s definitely not like family care. I also have witnessed them not taking the time or care to help feed them or encourage them to eat. Please don''t put your love ones here and you have family or friends that are in this home please take the time to check in on them. This place doesn''t seem to care about thier patientsonly a paycheck is what they care about.
