Great outdoor event, for some summer fun!
I can’t say much or what department I work in fear of repercussion. But be warned about working here. There are many issues and if I didn’t worry about retaliation I would go through the countless things. Look at the other reviews and pay attention.

I regret that we have not successfully established the partnership we strive for with our residents, families and staff. We are proud that we have employees who have been here for 20, 30 and 40 years of longevity. They are the heart and soul of our care family. We also have new employees joining us and they, too, are advocates for our residents. As any facility, we have new employees joining our team as they pursue their careers in the nursing field. We never want family members to feel they aren’t receiving the very best from us. We appreciate your concerns and will use them to help us continue to grow.
Read moreI live at Premier Estates, it is a caring facility. It is like a family here with the staff. We do loads of fun activities everyday. On Monday we went to watch a ball game. It was super fun! The meals here are delicious too!
This facility is practically brand new since the new ownership came in. New administrator, new staff, new floors! We really needed this in Oxford!
