My mom came to Citadel after being at another facility and when she arrived she had bedsores that she endured from another facility Citadel wound care team and staff worked diligently to get her sores healed up after being here for a few weeks her sores looked a thousand times better and now she has been here for a month and a half and her bottom went from being fire engine red with open sores to being almost completely healed all because the staff cared for her and took care of her the way health care workers should care for their residents / patients Job well done Citadel
