Everyone is very friendly
Nicer than most nursing homes. Very clean and employees were very nice.
Everything looked great when I was there. My Mom was happy. The food was good. TV worked and had all the channels she wanted. Thanks!

My sister has been there once before a year ago of June 2021. She was sent there from the hospital in the third week of June. This last visit was horrible. She went there for Physical therapy. They kept her in bed for 3weeks with very little therapy. Leaving there she was in worse shape than when she came in. She''s a kidney patient and they allowed her legs to swell . Secondly, a severe sore throat. Each time I had to bring it the nurses attention. When her son and I picked up she couldn''t stand nor walk.We got no assistance from the nurse. She was insisting I signed the release papers and that was it. When I tried to get her attention she was on her cell phone laughing and talking, also, eating potato chips at the nursing station. Her son saw her watching from the window. We received no assistance at all in helping her get in the car. Within in two days I had to take her back to the hospital. Her condition was worse and secondly, she had terrible bed sores.. She''s never ever had bed sores before. The hospital could not believe her condition. Note: When she went to the hospital first time she was on a walker. When she left the nursing home she couldn''t even sit up or stand. I will never have her come there again She''s in another nursing facility and it''s like night and day. The nursing home was clean. That''s the only good Comment I can make. Year before she was not treated this way.

My grandfather was recently at Citadel following a surgery. All of the staff were great and made sure he was comfortable and cared for. Jackie the therapy director and her team went above and beyond to make sure my grandpa was up and walking and doing the best he could. The social service worker Amy was always available to answer my questions and communicate his progress with me even on the weekend. The building director Mike and the head nurse Prince always kept me informed of any changes and they addressed my concerns. I would recommend Citadel to anyone who needs therapy rehab for their family
