I worked here and let me tell you something: so while every facility is short staffed this facility was exceptional in its efforts to drive employees away. It was not well managed, administration was hateful and get this; I was fired due to the fact that i refused to fraudulently chart that i had given residents care that they never received due to time constraints because they accepted more residents than they had staff to be able to handle. There was a massive lack of supplies, so much so that one resident they accepted nearly died because they failed to recognize that we had none of the supplies to care for the patient prior to admitting the new resident from the hospital. This was presumably due to the fact that they had failed to hire a nurse to oversee admissions. Because why would you thoroughly evaluate for the ability to care for a resident when all you saw were dollar signs and a number in a bed from the get go, rather than recognize that this was a human being with real needs? 🤔 I honestly hope this facility is shut down soon. It breaks my heart to see people cared for so poorly in a building managed by such hateful individuals. Its disgusting. Healthcare is going down the tubes anyway but Premiere healthcare of new harmony took a head first leap down said tube. Healthcare is a sorry sight these days but none more sorry than this particular company. If you truly care for your family members avoid this place like the plague. If you are considering employment look the other way. There are much better places for you elsewhere.

Premier Healthcare of New Harmony has an exceptional New management team. I toured the home today and found the home to look clean and all the residents seemed happy and well taken care of by staff. The ex- staff member who made the remarks about the tags that the home received obviously does not understand that most homes get tags and fines from time to time . No one is perfect . To take pictures of a few minor house keeping issues is really unprofessional. Why if she worked there didn’t she pick up the cup or cleaned what needed to be cleaned? It’s everyone’s job to keep the residents home clean and clutter free. Not just house keeping. What I was most impressed about walking into the building was all the Friendly Hello’s I received and can I help you with something? I believe this home will soon to have a long long waiting list to get in no time.

I worked as the activity director for a very short time. During the Covid outbreak the administrator wasn''t following the guidelines set forth by the board of health. I was also expected to pay for activity supplies out of my pocket and wait 60 days to be reimbursed. I still haven''t been reimbursed for what I spent. Yet the administrator says she spends $3,000 of her money every month on supplies she says she gets reimbursed for. Yet I have never seen anything that would near ad up to $3,000. I seen employees who were verbally abusive to residents and nothing was ever done. I was constantly accused of things I didn''t do. Someone needs to report this facility to state. I feel for any resident in this facility.
