My CPap isn’t working properly and I’ve called them twice and no one answers after holding over 2 hours. Stay away from this place and find a better provider!
Really wish they would make droppingboff needed supplies of O2 better. Went to the office Friday, they were out. Had 4 bottles left to get throu the weekend so damper on plans to move around further then the hose lets you. Sat at home all day wait for delivery for it not to come. Waited until 7 and ...
Really wish they would make droppingboff needed supplies of O2 better. Went to the office Friday, they were out. Had 4 bottles left to get throu the weekend so damper on plans to move around further then the hose lets you. Sat at home all day wait for delivery for it not to come. Waited until 7 and have called now 2 times left message was told someone would call me back in 30 mins still nothing. Now 10pm have doctors appt in the city an hour away and no oxygen too get me there. So now what? Update: After calling for 5 hours i get call back that guy states they are not an emergency delievery company. And that the driver just marked tanks as undelieveriable and rescheduled for 8am-12pm the following day. No sorry and has not saod anything for 5mins just muted themselves and left me on phone. This company is a joke!!! They dont show up and dont care if you need the oxygen to get to a doctor appt or not.

I am surprised this company is in business. I have been reaching out for 4 months now to get CPAP supplies setup. No one calls back from this location and Rhonda who i spoke with today (03/25/2024) was actually very rude and was not listening. 3 months ago I was transferred to a person name Angie, who confirmed they had my sleep study that i had my provider fax in. Today, Rhonda said they do not have it. This office is extremely hard to get ahold of. You go through the line of options when dialing in. on 5 previous calls, the side that handles orders said to just remain on the line and it will go to the office, which it never does. I always have to go to the supply line, and ask to be transferred.
