If I could give this zero stars, I would. Terrible place! I would highly recommend you do not put any human being here!!!! The day shift CNA’s neglect and verbally abuse the residents along with a cna on second shift . Many residents have complained about them. When it get’s reported nothing happens. The higher up’s could care less what happens in this place. So they would much rather have their residents treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoes. The housekeeping barely do their jobs and spend most of their time smoking and watching tv or doing other things besides making sure the facility is cleaned properly. I understand they are in a small town and it is hard to find workers, but they make their residents suffer by keeping staff there who treat the residents far below poor. Staff will act nice to you and your family member while you are there. But do not let that fool you. Very few treat the residents with respect and dignity. Like I said, when things are reported, nothing is addressed! This is by far the most unprofessional place I have encountered. If you can put your loved one elsewhere I would HIGHLY recommend it!
