My husband was in there for physical therapy and wound care, hands down to the physical therapy department which was the best, knowing the reputation of this building nursing has improved and continues to have some work to do but management (unit manager and regular assigned nurse) was awesome and always available for my questions and concerns. Always following through! My husband is being discharged and if I had to pick a place for him to come back to it would be this place. Thank you Portsmouth Health and Rehab for all you have done
Read moreI had to call for some information and the receptionist or administrative assistant was very polite and helpful. She explained to me that patients are not allowed because of Governor mandate to leave the rooms due to Covid, staff hands are tied.
I know staff may be short but I know by law through the health department and social service they are supposed to give you an update once a week and do a zoom chat with a loved one in there nothing has been done they won’t answer that phone. Guess I’m gonna have to get 10 on your side there
