I used to work here and the staff/ employees are 🐍🐍. Extremely fake and sneaky. One of the now recruiters Angela Serpetti threw me under the bus so she can take my position because she quit her director of talent management role due to drama with her boss Michelle. Please don’t work here they have a horrible turn over rate and I understand why. Oh and they barely have any caregivers and cna’s to take care of the residents so if you plan on having your loved ones live here don’t! They will be provided with poor care due to Porter Hills being short staffed

Sadly it was not a good feeling entering. It smelled of urine. There were no employees there at all that I could tell. For what these residents are paying ( probably most expensive of all retirement villsges or nursing homes) this was a huge dissapointment. The rooms they call apartments are a VERY small room w a sleeping type area a TINY little closet type of kitchenette type thing and everything was very out of date. It was in need of an entire overhaul .I was surprised to hear they just redecorated everything . Did not feel clean. Did not feel inviting Did not feel well managed at all.The dinning area was not an appealing area either. I would not feel comfortable having loved ones stay here.

My relative had her iPad stolen from her room in assisted living, or "catered living" as they call it at Porter Hills/Brio. Management told me they are not responsible for the security of residents'' belongings, although other staff have told me it was a staff member that is suspected of having stolen the item - and no one other than myself and a friend visit her. Since my relative has very limited mobility and is dependent on these staff members for her daily care, this is disappointing to say the least that none of her belongings are safe. We now have new concerns for her safety here.
