If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not put your family member in this facility, they will not go home, if you do, you may as well start making afterlife arrangements now. The place is antiquated, filthy, disgusting, they are constantly short staffed, the patients get next to no help with anything. The push button for the nurse lights up outside the room, when the light does work, it can take hours for someone to help the patient. There is one elevator, if it goes down, no one from the 2nd or 3rd floor can get out of the building. The director is all about money, she will keep patients there "for more therapy" when in reality, they were not helping patients from the get go. Their record keeping is definitely not up to par. The management staff lies to your face, they apparently can''t read because they can''t keep meds for the patients straight. You can forget getting someone on the phone or even a call back. It doesn''t do any good to complain or even file complaints with the powers that be, not even joint commission or medicare, absolutely nothing gets done, not even when you have face to face meetings, again, the lying to your face. I could go on and on and on. This place is just absolutely, positively horrible.

The staff is new and willing to do whatever it takes to make the residents happy and if there are any concerns they will get to families promptly

My sister is there, now, after total knee replacement surgery. They are not giving her the prescribed medication to control the pain. Comes up with excuses about why they don''t have it available for her. Nobody answers the phone .Don''t have voicemail. Filthy bathroom, not dirty, But filthy. Don''t want to change wet sheets, my sister took them off to force them to put clean ones on. When changing the diapers, they don''t clean the private area, just put another diaper on. The aide, when asked, didn''t know where the shower room was. My sister been going into the bathroom in her room washing off. Saw a pitcher of ice water by a patient''s bed who had a tube for feeding, Humm. I calling the surgeon to see if my sister can be moved.

This place is the worst by far, health facility I''ve ever encountered! My mom was placed here for rehabilitation and the 1st day, she was treated inhumane. I would not recommend this place for a homeless person. Every thing is old and very nasty. There were no medical supplies, we were told "I need to fine a nurse call button" for someone that is unable to walk to the bathroom. There was no shower in the bedroom, so there is no telling how often a patient is bathed that was unable to walk. Do NOT patronize this business for your love ones!
