I was employed here and after the pandemic hit and my client passed away, they couldn’t find me work for 3 months. All Pam fuller kept saying was “ hold on” my bills was not holding on! They said I would not qualify for unemployment. So after I filed unemployment on my own that’s when Pam said “ we got a client in West Point” well I told her I got approved for unemployment. Pam said with an attitude “ I hope you don’t have to pay it back”! Well now it’s been 2 years and she filed an appeal on me for me to pay that unemployment back. Pam is a snake and the worst administrator I’ve ever had to deal with! I was only doing what I needed to do to feed my family and pay my bills when I filed unemployment. So I would not suggest or refer anyone to work here as long as Pam Fuller is employed there. I am currently taking care of my dying mom and I get hit with this mess.
