If you are a potential employee or resident considering coming aboard, you should reconsider. Its impossible to see all the issues this place has in a single visit. They are pros at covering up..how they truly operate on a daily basis. For example, a new CEO came to visit. Today you could actually call this place a nursing home. The way it should be ran all the time, but this was a one time event. The rest of the time, its business as usual or lack there of. They care nothing for there own employees, and when their behinds are on the grill, everybody but them, is thrown under the bus. People that you would consider, bad employees are giving a pass for their behavior. If somebody is giving you a issue, well you are on your own. The current CNA supervisor makes sure of that, with her buddies in the front offices. There''s a simple formula for real improvements and not superficial ones. As always, if you like poor wages, (when you do get paid on time) being treated less than a human being, having your loved ones dealing with the daily frustrations of..less than quality care.
