My brother was a Parkinson''s patient and was treated very well over the 4 years he spent at Pleasant Valley Manor. He was well taken care of and one nurse in particular was wonderful to him. The staff was caring and responsive to my questions and concerns. This is a very difficult environment to work in as the elderly and sick require special care. Many patients I observed were combative and uncooperative but the nurses were very patient and understanding of their condition and treated these patients with respect. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone whose need of rehabilitative or long term care!

This place is awful and my mother''s feet stuck to the floor with hospital socks on. They kept her medicine from her for 4 hours and so she had a panic attack. Needless to say she has a heart condition and I had told them not to let her get worked up and yet they did this to her. They should be shut...
