This place is a joke 1st day here every time I''ve pushed the call button it has been 20 minutes to 40 minutes before I''ve gotten response I feel sorry for the elderly Who live here, because they could die in that time
I love this job and my residents

I spent almost 3-weeks at Pioneer, I am very impressed with the quality of care administered by some very caring a qualified staff. I never though I would miss a place like this, but I do. Both residents and staff have made me realize that there are care facilities that exceed the bar and provide a superior level and quality of care. Food can be better but I still give this 5-stars. I will miss all of you very much.

My uncle was in Pioneer Care Center for just over a year. Every time we visited him he seemed quite happy about being there, and he usually complains about things! He always seemed clean shaven and hair combed! When we asked him about the food, he said it was “pretty good!”. I feel that he got much better care at Pioneer Care Center than if he had remained at home. I do recommend using Pioneer Care Center to place your loved one in their care!

They don''t care about patients who are there for rehab due to them blaring music and a pool table in the therapy room. They take FOREVER to respond to call lights and they also messed up my husband''s meds. They shouldn''t have so many patients when they are short staffed. And you have to wait 3 or more days for a shower. Dietary needs to listen to the patients. If they can''t have something don''t give it to them anyway
