From what my relative has told me the aides can be rough when changing or moving them around. My relative also said the food is not good. There a few aides and nurses that are nice. But other then that I wish I could change their facility but that's out of my hands. My relative basically stays in their bed and isn't offered any activities to my knowledge.

Clean, hard working, friendly staff
I have worked in and been to many nursing home settings and this is one of the nicest. It is super bright and cheerful and the staff is very friendly. The facility is also very clean. It is very well maintained. I was extremely impressed.

My first visit to The Pines to see a friend. To be honest, I thought the rooms were messy & cluttered. The patient board on the wall had infovfrom previous week. I got to see a meal, I''m glad I don''t have to eat that. I also noticed communication issues, staff didn''t forward the patient request to the nurse after she made 3 requests, the nurse was unaware. The staff I did interact with were very nice.
