If I could give 0 stars, I would. Funny, all the negative posts seem to disappear. A loved one was recently there for rehab. This is the worst place in the world! Staff avoids communication and refuses to answer questions. Our loved one arrived there on a Monday morning and remained in his bed for days, totally ignored. If it was not for his son, he would have probably never gotten any attention whatsoever! He complained every single day and night that he was freezing cold, but would they get him extra blankets or anything? Hell no, because they were comfortable, they decided patients are just fine. The food there was horrendous, , just a bunch of cold slop every day! His roommate had RSV , but anyone was still allowed in there. We of course caught the damn virus just by visiting our dad. He was there for a couple weeks, never had any real rehab, just strolled him down the hall and left him there to rot. When the insurance said he ran out of money, he was just released, and could not even get out of bed alone, or walk at all for that matter. Where was the rehab? Whenever our family tried to call the facility to get answers, we were ignored, and phone calls were never returned. We had absolutely no updates on our dad, as they did nothing for him! We ended up calling protective services on the facility, and they are doing an investigation now. We will not let this rest. We will get justice for humans who end up in their care. Someone has to speak up for those who cannot. Shame on you Pine Point, treating the elderly the way you have. You should be shut down. I am taking a picture of this review, we will see if it remains or not. I will be contacting the better business bureau for certain. People, do not send anyone you love to this facility, they may never come out alive.

My nephew, who is a paranoid schizophrenic, entered this facility in a debilitated physical state , while recovering from severe sepsis. There are not enough words to express the multitude of positive comments about the excellent care he received at all levels. Everyone in the physical therapy, nursing staff and administrative departments were extremely helpful to give him the best care possible. They were, also, very helpful to his family members. His mental health condition did not always make him the most cooperative person. However, he was met with extreme kindness and patience with everyone who attended to his needs. Sadly, his life ended within 2 months of his admission. Considering the fact that his stay was from November until January, the holiday schedules did not have a negative impact on the quality of care he received. Everything continued smoothly during this time. With all the challenges that residential healthcare facilities are facing, it is heartwarming and helpful to know the staff at Pine Point Center always gave 100% effort and excellent care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of short term or long term care.
Read moreIt was my first visit at your facility. A very kind staff member guided me through the process and guide lines for visiting. She also brought me a chair to visit with my friend.
Our father has been there for three years, he’s doing wonderful there. We are very happy to have him there. He does all the activities they have at least twice a day. The Rec ladies are so good with all the residents. He loves the food. And the staff is great! The Lucier family!

I was given a clear plan case coordinator as to what needed to happen during his stay so that he can return home. The therapists (PT and OT) have been carefully working with my father to get him to push himself to get stronger. I was concerned that he would not make it back home but am now hopeful he will.

My 91 year old mom broke her hip and was sent here for rehab. From the day she arrived, every single staff member who worked with her was amazing, kind and patient- they have tough jobs but we’re always positive and professional!the facility is older, but very clean and homey feeling- we thought the bigger, fancier facilities would be better but non compared in reputation to this one when it comes to patient care and therapy. Food was good too!
