I was in desperate need of a place for my mother. I live 4 miles from Pinebrook Pointe. I was given a tour and all my questions were answered . All I can say is that the staff is amazing and professional, I never smell any “particular” odors and I see the place clean all the time. If I need something or someone they are there! I love the feel of home at this facility and the residents are introduced to so many different activities and events. My mother is hard core difficult and they show nothing but respect and kindness . She has a beautiful room that has a kitchenette and a full bathroom in a secure memory care . I would highly recommend to anyone that has a loved one that needs that “special” care.

I feel that Pine Brook Pointe is a safe and friendly environment where you could be assured that your loved one is very well cared for. They have a big courtyard, so some of their activities include off-site outings, or activities hosted outside. They have musical guests/live performances, arts & crafts, games, and baking - they do a lot of things. My mom is on the memory care side and I haven't been in all the rooms, but hers comes with a little kitchenette - which includes a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave. She has air conditioning, a nice window overlooking the courtyard garden, and it's very spacious. Pine Brooke offers transportation to appointments and stores. As far as communication, the head administrator [name removed], is always very quick to get back to you if you text her with something. Especially in the beginning when I was getting mom settled. Sometimes there's a lag in communication with the pharmacy, but I don't think that's to any fault of the community. I think that's between my loved ones physician and the pharmacy, as they have to go through each other. Overall they are very responsive and I would recommend them to others.

Pine Brook Pointe was not very clean, and I didn't like the fact that they didn't have full bathrooms in their rooms. You'd have to have a communal kind of type of shower, and when they showed me that bathroom, the bathtub was filthy. The staff was very friendly and very nice. I was pleased with her. She was very informative. The tour experience was fine, it's just the facility itself that I wasn't pleased with. They have activities, they've got a patio, and they have a beauty salon. They have a nice place for people to go out and sit.
