The upper management, Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Human Resources, create a hostile work environment. They do not treat their employees with kindness and respect. They do NOT value or appreciate their employees at all. They move in a very shady manner. The DON takes her frustrations out on the staff and is rude and disrespectful towards them. The management is very unprofessional. This facility is NOT one I''d recommend to put a loved one in, or to work for. Stay away!

Pierce staff took good care of my sister. Cleaning lady (Michele) was the best person, she really cares and jokes with the patients makes them feel like they are someone. i was a little disappointed that they didnt keep me updated on her care. Coupl of nurses when i was there to visit, said some things to me that was a little disturbing. but all in all they did their best always short staffed. i just found out that the death certificate still hasnt reached the cremation facility so her body is still there waiting. that makes me very sad.
Read moreYou could not have asked for any better care than the staff provided my mother and father over the last 5.5 years until my dads passing September 1st of this year. They are all kind, caring and extremely professional. The folks behind the scenes are also exceptional.
They had a cute trunk or treat set up for kids. My grandpa enjoyed taking my daughter around tr8ck or treating.
