Filipino Charge nurse she wears glasses who works 3-11 in the quick and recovery unit is rude and has a nasty attitude. I work for registry and was just helping out that day. I told her a patient was requesting medication and she rudely said “im not the one working right now” and gives me this disgusted look. Overall everyone else was nice. She should be a little more kind to workers who aren’t obligated to come in. She could’ve very well had only two aides on that side instead of three. Be kind to CNA’S and patients.

This place is horrible! I do not recommend this place. Unless you hate your family members. I don’t understand how this place is still open. Dropped my sister 3 times causing more pain and refusing to give her the pain meds she needed. We took her out!!!! And the staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

My Mother was a resident in this facility for about 2 years. The Staff showed her (my Mother) while under their watch, all their love and attention both professionally and personally, as it all showed by the way they all took good care of her (from the Licensed Nurses to the Housekeepers). She never felt like a stranger to the Staff nor to this facility. This was her home. Mom is long gone now, but the Staff still remembers her and they always share with me happy memories of her limited time spent here at the facility. Pico Rivera Healthcare Center have left their handprints in our family''s heart, and I am sure in Mom''s heart as well.
