Clean and friendly staff. Parking availability was the only minor issue.
My brother has been a resident there for over a year. Nursing care is adequate, like everywhere they could use better staff to patient ratios.
The nurses and stnas do not take care of the residents as they should. They act as if they are better then the kitchen staff and housekeeping. They sit at the desks and when you tell them a resident wants something they say they know how to do it or they will just sit on there phones and ignore them...

It’s very sad to see and I would never recommend anyone put family into this facility. As for the kitchen, some things are handled without gloves and are unsanitary. When you speak to management about issues they say they will fix it but never do.
