Worst facility I’ve ever been a patient at. Nursing staff needs common curtesy lessons. They don’t distribute medications at times required. Very clique-ish staff. Most would rather not be working there.
Gracious and respectful
Nasty dirty place to be at this place is horrible , my grandmother received bed sores, fell out of her wheelchair Multiple times staff never called us to repot the problem
Dedication compassionate

One of the worse facilities to place a family member. My mother was there to rehab from her knee replacement. Understaffed, unprofessional, the nurses are lazy who feel as though they don''t have to lift a finger when there''s not enough CNA on duty. Being a nurse is not just about giving out meds and paper work, it''s about caring for the patients 100% I had to come in there and Give them a piece of my mind, I should have sued them at the time. My mother went through a lot being under their care, and not a good one either!
