Some of the nurses and a few cnas are wonderful. The front desk is too. Beyond that, I’d keep your loved ones as far as you can from this hellscape. It’s filthy, the food is slop, the new owners (pavilion) are greedy business owners who cut corners and force their patients to suffer. The new facility director is an absolute hack. He has no clue what he’s doing. The doctor behind the subpar care has a God complex and NEVER listens to the families or will even speak to them. He’s far too important for that. This place should be shut down. It’s disgusting.

Where do I start? First I wouldn''t even give them one star, my father was put in here. It took them at least 20 minutes to even come take him to the bathroom (he needed assistance). We pushed the button for them to come he had already went, pushed the button in there, came out sat down before they even came in the room. Then they changed rooms. He had developed a pressure ulcer that was only red then the next day it was a wound. They then said it was a Kennedy ulcer. They hadn''t been turning him prior to that point. Then my dad had a bag of mail and other important documents and they took that on a Saturday, and gave us a run around about it saying they never seen it or somebody already picked it up. So we contacted the police, the bag mysteriously showed back up. On Friday of the the following week. They claimed that it was in his previous room in a drawer ( his drawers were filled to the brim with clothes) and if that''s the case how come no one knew where it was. My dad ended up passing away there.

I used to work there as a nurse and loved my time there. It’s a very charming facility and my coworkers were like family. The residents were a pleasure to take care of and staff worked hard to make sure they had lots of things to do, such as arts and crafts, singing songs together and playing a variety of games. I miss the Halloween parades where staff would dress their dogs up in costumes for the residents.

The team at Willow Crest is 100% amazing! It’s no doubt been a challenge to staff all care facilities these days, WC being no different, but they are doing amazing work with the resources they do have. I’ve had my parents in several SNF’s and I can say without a doubt that WC is one of the kin...
The team at Willow Crest is 100% amazing! It’s no doubt been a challenge to staff all care facilities these days, WC being no different, but they are doing amazing work with the resources they do have. I’ve had my parents in several SNF’s and I can say without a doubt that WC is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and caring facilities we’ve worked with over the years. I really appreciate all they do for my loved ones!
