I want to say that the Oaks is really great, all the nurses, aids and therapist are wonderful plus the office people are so very helpful, if you ever need to have a loved one to go somewhere for care this would be a great choice for wonderful care, my daughter has awesome care there. Only thing I see that they could improve on is house keeping , the floors need to be mopped a little more often,

The building and rooms are kept clean, every employee I''ve met has been helpful and friendly, and mom''s only complaint about the food is that there''s too much of it. I give this place five stars the main person who runs the place makes u feel u feel very welcome the nurses and aids are quite friendly and make sure u have everything u need the nurses are exceptional and the therapy is quite good tho relaxed which is perfect for me. 3 months ago I was involved in a very nasty car accident and was sent here and I have to say I''ve been quite happy with everything they''ve really helped me get thru the toughest of times but they never let me quit and never give. All in all I give this place five stars would highly recommend it here.

I have had several family members and friends that have stayed in SCC throughout the years, most recent, my mother. I know I can depend on the staff taking excellent care of her. She has one nurse & aide, Megan & Laken that have went above & beyond making my Mom happy and comfortable from making her special shirts to getting her sundaes and sending me pictures of her. Mark, the activity director has also been great, especially during covid making sure that he let me face-time Mom. I worked there several years ago as well in HK and Dietary. Everyone was great and treated the residents like family. Great place, people and family atmosphere.
