When you walk down the halls, people had personal stuff outside their doors, like cute little decorations. The showers were superb as far as accessibility. I was just so impressed. They were having some sort of a function for all the people when we were there. They were sitting around listening to it. The people have been great, too. They've been in contact with me since. Heather and the other lady I met were excellent.

Every time I've gone to the staff at this facility with concerns, they've been on it and quick to get back to me and answer my questions and concerns. They've always been very helpful. For example, I requested they install a grab bar in the shower for my loved one and they had it put in and completed the next day. The nursing staff has helped my loved one with anything and everything she has needed. Housekeeping is once a week, as well as Laundry service if you choose to use it. They have activities and outings. My loved one loves the transportation bus driver. This was the best decision possible for my loved one. The transition was fabulous and she loves it here. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
