I highly recommend this facility! My parents started in independent living in the cottages and now my mom is in assisted living after residing in a national conglomerate one locally for 2 years. If your loved one is still involved with much family interaction or has a personal caregiver--this is the place. After suffering much isolation and neglect during Covid 19 in the other place, we reached out to Parkland and they made a move happen in the hardest of times. The care staff here is so attentive and the residents are happy. The apartments and common areas are tastefully updated and sparkling. Most of all, the outside areas boast landscaping and gardening galore! The raised garden beds are available for outdoor activity or simply enjoying the floral displays. As my mother's dementia progresses, I am confident that she is cared for as we would hope it is! The care staff is professional and treats the resident's individual needs. Their activity programs are run by 2 delightful individuals and we look forward to being able to enjoy them in the future.
