My fiancé use to work here this place goes by of seniority the morning shift was all rude and lazy and they always complained about giving showers and sat on there phones and was rude to the residents i recommend not working here she had a bad experience
A beautiful facility, Yes. How nurses/management seems to think they are better than everyone else. Is not okay. I personally worked here for 2 years, being a dietary aid and personal assistant. Then went to nursing home as a STNA. I believe there should be more than just 3-4 aides on 1st-2nd shift ...
A beautiful facility, Yes. How nurses/management seems to think they are better than everyone else. Is not okay. I personally worked here for 2 years, being a dietary aid and personal assistant. Then went to nursing home as a STNA. I believe there should be more than just 3-4 aides on 1st-2nd shift and I also believe there should be more than 2 aids on midnights. I have worked assisted living by myself (on midnights) and I know another coworker that was forced to work by herself multiple nights alone. Which to me is very unsafe. They know the problems are there, they do nothing to fix the problem until it’s too late and their employees are walking out the door to find new jobs. I loved working at Park village when I began my journey of nursing. It isn’t what it used to be there. Would I put my loved one in this facility, absolutely. But I would be there every single day checking over carefully. The problems are not within mistreating residents, or lack of care. The problems side with the management and workers.
