I have worked for this company for two years, first as a unit manager, then wound nurse and I am currently Director of Nursing. I am proud to say we have one of the most excellent LTC teams in our area. Our nurses and STNA’s are mostly long term employees who have put a lot of time, heart, and soul in patient care. We provide a home like family environment for our long term residents and have an incredible therapy and clinical team that will help acutely ill patients get back up on their feet, return to their baseline function and get back to their normal daily lives. We have recently moved to a 5/5 star facility rating in long term care. We specialize in neurological disorders and have a neurologist in house to consult on patient care. Our therapy department is known for being on-fire-amazing and offers Delay the Disease- an exercise program for individuals with Parkinson’s to help maintain and even improve baseline function. We also offer in house psychiatry, dentist, optometry, audiology, and podiatry. I am so proud to be a member of such a strong team. If I had to use one word to describe Forest Hill it would be - excellence.

I just want to say that I worked here for 3 LONG months!!! I am an RN. The staff there are bullies as well as management. I was promised a sign on bonus and 3 days before I was to receive it, 2 girls there who are a couple, decided they didn''t like me and made things up about me and I was.brought into the office. I assumed I was.fired and then the administrator called to see what was going on. I told her I didn''t quit I thought I was fired and she stated that I wasn''t. I told her I would.be there for scheduled work day and she stated we would have to have a sit down. I never received a phone call and had left a message stating that I was.waiting for her to call. She never called.so I called again and she stated that she tried.to.call.several times and I never returned her call.so they wrote me down as.no call.no shows. I threatened her with a lawyer if I didn''t receive my bonus money and called corporate several.times and left messages. Never received a call.from corporate and never got my money. DO NOT WORK.AT THIS PLACE. BONUS MONEY IS A SCAM. I.also know of 2.other people who were.let go.and.didnt receive their money as well

This place is awful. The food looks horrible. The rooms are not cleaned well. The people, including the person I visit, do not seem to be doing anything but watching TV. It seems the staff is not that willing to do anything besides giving out medicine and routine things. Even some of the administration could care less about these people. If the staff just want a paycheck and do not want to help people, why are they working there? Also who is monitoring the staff? Sad situation.
