Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The nurse leadership staff was very attentive and personable. I enjoyed my visit very much.
Ron Groblebe''s area should be cleaned up, especially the bathroom. The food that is prepared looks very unappetizing. I realize that Ron himself is not very tidy and possibly you don''t have enough help. The personnel that deal with me have always been friendly and helpful. This has been written...

Most horrible facility i have ever been to in Colorado. For one they don’t give new comers/agency orientation around the building. They give agency the hardest cart and when u ask their staff for help the hesitate. They want u this places and that places at a certain time like u a robot now mind u have almost everybody and they momma to feed. The DON just randomly try to give u other cna patients when your cart already hard. Extremely to much showers on a evening shift. Patients left in bed from morning shift with yesterday’s gown but the harassing u up and down to get this patient up knowing this patient should of been up. They literally throw u on a hall and make u figure it out on your own. Roaches crawling out of rooms and med carts. Water pipes busts water all over the facility. All the nurses do is run and tell instead of figuring out the problem firsts. They get upset when u take a break. The scheduler shows Favoritism which is high unprofessional and unethical. She only give overtime to her staff. U can only get the overtime when someone call in and they don’t have no one else’s. Where is the integrity???? And this is why no one stays!!!!
