The community is nice as far as residents and most of the staff. The evening staff could be a little more attentive. One flaw is that they hire inexperienced non train people from outside with no formal training in health or aide service. They also need more coverage and support from their newly acquired upper management. I think the director [name removed] really tries hard but she is over whelmed and should have more staff.
Read moreWe toured with Park Creek Place and it was just okay. We found that facility inside looked very dated and the staff that we interacted with were just so-so. It was not the right fit for us.
We picked this community, because of the location and family is a resident there already. It's average for long term care. Staff is nice, receptive and mother says the food is pretty good. I really don't have anything negative to say about the place.

I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one wasn't happy here. The food was awful here during the time my loved one was here. This is important, as this is something residents look forward. Most of the time they were serving hot dogs. The big meal is served at lunch time, and dinner is a lighter meal. The community said there were choices, but it didn't appear to be any. The staff communication with the family was okay.
Read moreWe have not had much experience with Park Creek Place but it was our loved ones choice and he knew people who have lived there and it was financially better for him.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour but it just did not have exactly what we were looking for
