Debra does not care about the safety of residents and I hope the rest of the staff provides more care. When there was a safety incident regarding another resident’s actions (harassment and smoking in apartment), Debra took no care to help stop the behaviors. If your loved one has any sort of confusion or beginning stages of needing care, this place CANNOT provide a safe environment, despite their insistence they can. They clearly only care about collecting rent and not enforcing rules to keep everyone safe.

My husband and I moved into Park Creek. It is very organized. It is a very neat, clean, and efficient place. The meals are terrific. The only thing is, I wish they had a little bit different hours for meal times, because they have an early dinner. Except for that, everything else is just going so smoothly, and I appreciate living here. The staff has been very quick to answer questions and they are very considerate. They don't talk down to us. It is just a sweet community. We have anything that life has - beauty, nails, food, maid service, maintenance people, and they take care of the things. This is a very well-maintained facility. It's been six years and you would not know it. It looks like a new facility because it's very well maintained. There is a patio and they do provide transportation for doctor's appointments, but they charge for it.
Read morePark Creek is a great place. All the personnel there were nice. The food was delicious, and it was prepared by a chef. You can have 3 meals, or go for 2 and try them. The place is very clean and they have a lot of activities for everybody. It is a nice place.

Park Creek was lovely. I thought it was wonderful. It really was. The facilities were ample. Their apartments were beautiful. The personnel was absolutely lovely. The staff was knowledgeable. She would answer anything, and she was cooperative. She was just a very competent employee with a charming personality. The dining area was nice. It wasn't spectacular, but it was nice. They have something for snacks and different things like that. I saw residents playing cards and talking to one another. Some were reading, and that's good. The staff who assisted me was terrific. However, some parts of the facility need to be updated.

My mother-in-law is not liking the food quality right now and the other residents feel the same way also. Other than this the facility is great. My loved one did state that some of the outside trips that they take she would like to go to different stores and different places. She would also like to schedule dog grooming or have a dog groomer come in to the facility. My loved one had an emergency and me and my husband were listed as emergency contacts and we were never notified that there was an issue or an emergency. My loved ones alert system also was not working when this emergency happen. When we returned we let them know that the batteries were not working. We reached out to the manager about our concerns with this and we never got a call back on this. The facilities are great and the neighbors are great also.
