A friend of mine was recently admitted to this facility and let me tell you, the staff is absolutely wonderful, pleasant and definitely kind hearted. the care he stated he has received and told me about makes me extremely happy especially knowing he is with people WHO GENUINELY CARE.. My friend told me how he didn’t have any clothes and the Administrator went out and got him some clothes. He also shared how the administrative team has a donation box for residents who don’t have personal items. On a personal note, I called the Administrator on a Sunday to thank him for everything he’s done and he answered his telephone. I then realized omg is this was his personal number. He was so soft spoken and professional. I immediately apologized because I thought it was his office phone but he told me he didn’t mind. I thanked him and he said it’s fine, I lead with my heart and I expect the staff to do the same. Well done for picking such a godly person to oversee the elderly. If I could rate 10 stars I would !!!

I have issues when my husband laid wet for long periods of time therefore he had to have a wound care dr see him you could not get anyone to answer the nurse station phones or get someone to come to the room it’s sad when you ring for the nurse and after 45 mins someone stopped at the door to see if we needed anything the pt dept was great we had a couple special people that was super helpful he will never return to this place again

Horrible place. Mom was rushed to the hospital and I was never notified. After being notified I asked the Director of Admissions (Morgan) to place her belongings in a safe place so I could come pick them up. When I arrived that very weekend her belongs could not be found. When they were subsequently found a week later, the staff did not have a process in place to have her things sent to the new facility and has delayed in assisting. Awful quality of care and no real concern for residents.
