The day crew would often neglect my father''s needs. He would press the nurse call button and often have to wait for hours before someone would come to help. He had family up to visit him daily and every day there were problems reported. He had one bath in a months time and none of the staff helped him wash his hands, the bathrooms are not big enough for a wheelchair. He had another stroke and if my brother had not been with him he would not have received help because the staff during the day is always short handed. They have a cafe up front to sell you sofas but they cannot even take good care of your loved ones. This place is awful.

We placed my Aunt in this facility 2 days ago. We went to visit her and could not believe it when we looked in the bathroom. Her sink was literally falling off the wall! After looking closer at the room we noticed the recliner was so old and worn out that the vinyl had started to peel off. The pictures online look great but don''t expect the facility to be as nice. The staff so far is nice but there are lots of nice people in places that are in need of large amounts of repair. This is most definitely one of them. I am hoping we get her out of there ASAP! This place claims to be a rehab but it is one of the biggest dumps imaginable. Beverly and Samantha Concerned family members

If he knows I am awake he will peek his head in my room and ask if I need anything. He is a very caring person. I like having Him help me Madison has only been here for 4 days and she is outstanding. She comes into my room with a big smile and asks if I need anything. She makes you feel better by just being their. She Gladly does anything for you. She will check in with you just to see if you need any thing. A wonderful person to care for you. I like seeing her smiling face and having her help me - Tasha - She has always been sweet to Every one. I think she is new Also. She does her job as well as helping others. She is very gental and carring. A person you would want helping you
