This facility has been fined by the State of WA and U.S. government for hundreds of thousands of dollars for violations. No significant improvements in service have been instituted. I often pray for the patients who are stuck there; suffering without their voices being heard. Basic sanitary precautions are NOT taken by the nursing staff particularly with respect to wound care and IV procedures. Food is utterly disgusting. The cheapest; barely permissible and edible are served. Pest control leaves much to be desired. This place should be permanently closed forever !!!
