My wife was sent there after a hospital surgery to strengthen her legs as she could not walk after it. the physical therapy team there are second to None they are great she can stand now a lady named Paddie was super and Alexis . but i never saw the (care manager) or (social worker) till two days before her insurance ran out in a meeting with six women in the room they had never talked with me about her care or any goals . but that day the only one in the room was the rehab managers Aquaffreda she really did her job . but the(( Social and care managers)) could have just stay at home they were terrible no help at all I would not let people that did not do there jobs to assist patients but just sit behind there desk they would be fired quickly they let my wife be discharge home with out a care set up ) they did nothing . >worthless<. must have slept thru that class of being care managers or social workers ! because they did nothing for my wife or to help her on her move to home . NOTHING And her meds were not prescried . as of now still no help my wifes Doctor had a Appt. set up for 26th yes no notice she was retireing and refused to write my wifes prescriptions . that is called Patient abandondment of the patient no thirty days notice no letter . nothing just walk away . and the palms doctor ?? would not write prescriptaions for meds he was havinf my wife takeat the rehab center all of this is illegal <<<<<<<<<<<< and money i had put on a account for my wife to be able to get her hair washed has never been returned to even though the director said it would be in the mail . nope it was not !!!!! if you care for your loved ones please read the reviews first for there safety and care .

Horrible Place!!!! they treat their patients like animals the food is disgusting and the staff vary mean. My mom had to run to the Hospital After one week there.

He was wearing my moms diamond ring on a gold chain that I purchased for him . (My mom had passed away 8 months before.) He passed away a few days later and my moms diamond ring and chain were not in his belongings. No one seemed to know anything. I wouldn’t leave my dog in this place! If I had any control, I would have taken him out immediately! Do not leave loved in this horrible dishonest, disgusting place!

I have been with the palms for 2 years. The staff here are simply amazing. The rehab department got me walking again and the nursing staff will go above and beyond for their residents. I have met many friends here through the activities that held here. COVID has given many hurdles but the people here take the time to get to know you and help you in times of need.
