Everyone was very nice and it seems like they care about the residents even at the front desk and on the phone. Pleasant and very helpful . Keep up the good work

My mom was brought here and I thought she was going to get great care but I was sorely mistaken. The only person that was great was the PT, her name is Kim. She gave me her direct phone number and I was able to get a hold of her. Everyone else was very hard to get a hold of, when I would call it would just ring and ring and go to, "welcome to Verizon wireless", then I hung up. Heaven forbid if you want to go in and visit or call directly after 6pm because you were not let in and they did not answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend taking any family members there unless you want them to die.

I visited a resident today at Page Rehab and was greeted warmly by nurse Beulah. The resident was in PT and I was impressed by the staff who were polite and helpful in pointing out specific rooms that the resident can utilize. I met with Social Services briefly and they were helpful and friendly.
