We have had a very challenging time with Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish. The new management seems to be struggling. The staff is over worked and stretched thin, and I suspect not valued, and that reflects on the level of care they are able to provide. I believe the corporate officers need to reevaluate why they are in this business and support their staff better so the staff can provide a better service. The food is always cold, they serve canned fruit instead of fresh fruit, and it's obvious that people don't feel respected or valued. Our dad is safe, and is getting fed and getting his meds but the communication and level of professionalism at this facility leaves much to be desired.
